I had a problem with my tankless water heater that I’ve been working with another popular plumbing service (let’s just “hide” them under the name Sierra Plumbing) to repair for 3 days now. They’ve been trying to convince me to replace the whole tankless water heater (for almost $12K) instead of replacing the broken part because “it will take weeks to have the parts delivered by the manufacturer.” I didn’t agree to replace it since it’s just less than 7 years old and I told them I’ll just look for another company to fix it. Lo and behold, they suddenly have the part in their office and I just need to pay a few dollars short of $1K. But, they kept saying they’re coming to install it but they don’t come and kept saying just wait. I decided to call Focus Plumbing and they got Oscar to my place in an hour and he had the part in stock in his van and was able to get everything done in 10 minutes. And I only had to pay a small fraction of what Sierra quoted me for the broken part. Happy new customer here.
