Focus is the construction plumber for our development. We had an inconsistent sewer smell coming from the studivent under the master sink. We complained to the builder's customer service rep for almost a year with no solution. We felt that he prevented Focus from fully investigating. We think we were the first model with a different bathroom layout than prior builds. Finally, the owner stepped in and suggested a direct vent to the attic.
